HOTEL FIRE! Horrifying experience.Non existent customer service. After making a “reasonable” request of the hotel owner/chain (only to be rejected) the Wingman is keeping the promise he made by producing this video. FYI, to date, no one at “corporate” has watched the video I sent them more than a month ago. How would you respond if you were in this situation? And does it seem that some in corporate America have forgotten what customer service actually is?
